Hello, I’m Emily

Headshot of Emily Harris Naturopath

I’m a Naturopath with over 20 years experience in Naturopathic Medicine and founder of Indigo Wellbeing.

The beauty of the naturopathic medicine approach is the holistic person-centered care. I look to identify the causes rather than just treat the symptoms of your health concerns.

Almost any health condition can benefit from the naturopathic approach to health care. In clinic I see a lot of complex cases and I love a puzzle, everything is interconnected in naturopathic medicine.

I have a particular interest in Paediatrics and Naturopathic approaches to skin conditions, including eczema, Topical Steroid Withdrawal, Acne and autoimmune conditions. I have a deep-rooted empathy for empowering clients to get to the root cause of their health issues.

Personalised Health Care

My holistic, client-centred approach is all about you feeling informed and empowered.

Let us evaluate your health, diet and lifestyle and identify areas which may be out of balance. Naturopathy can guide you back towards optimal health, teaching you how to gain control of your health and encouraging you to make thoughtful and informed decisions regarding your own care.

If you'd like to find out more about Naturopathic Medicine, or whether it’s the right fit for you, or which type of consultation would suit your needs, I offer a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call.

During your call you will have the opportunity to discuss and address your unique circumstances in terms of naturopathic and integrative medical care.

I am here to support you and I’d be honoured to be a part of your journey.
