Hello, and welcome to Indigo Wellbeing.
Your discovery call is booked
Thank you for booking a free discovery call with Indigo Wellbeing.
Your call will last up to 15 minutes and will take place by phone. Emily will call you on the telephone number provided at the agreed time.
This call is a chance to explore whether naturopathic support may be a helpful next step for you. Many people book because they are curious about naturopathy, unsure what to expect, or wondering how a more whole-person approach could sit alongside the care they already receive.
During the call, you are welcome to ask general questions about how Emily works, what happens in a consultation, and whether Indigo Wellbeing feels like the right fit for the support you are looking for.
Please note that discovery calls are not clinical consultations, so Emily is unable to provide individual advice, assess your symptoms, recommend supplements, interpret test results or advise on your condition during this call.
There is no charge for the call and no obligation to book a consultation afterwards.
You will receive an SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment when you receive this reminder.
Please make sure you are somewhere quiet and able to take the call at your booked time.
Discovery call FAQ
What is a discovery call?
A discovery call is a short, free phone call to help you explore whether naturopathic support may be right for you.
Many people come to naturopathy because they are looking for a more connected view of their health, but are not always sure what that means in practice. The discovery call gives you space to ask general questions, understand how Emily works, and find out what the consultation process looks like.
How long is the call?
Discovery calls are up to 15 minutes.
Is there a charge?
No. Discovery calls are free of charge.
Am I expected to book a consultation afterwards?
No. There is no obligation to book a consultation. The call is simply there to help you understand the approach and decide whether it feels like the right next step.
Will I receive advice during the call?
No. A discovery call is not a clinical consultation. Emily cannot give personalised advice about your symptoms, condition, diet, supplements, medications, test results or treatment options during this call.
Individual guidance can only be given within a full consultation, where there is time to take a detailed case history and consider your health picture properly.
Can I ask questions about naturopathy?
Yes. This is exactly what the discovery call is for. You are welcome to ask general questions about naturopathy, how it differs from a standard appointment, what a naturopathic consultation may include, and how Emily approaches skin, digestive, hormonal, immune or wider health concerns.
Can I ask questions about my condition?
You can briefly explain what you are looking for support with, but Emily will not be able to assess your case or provide advice during the discovery call.
The call can help clarify whether your concerns are within Emily’s area of practice and whether a full consultation would be the right setting to explore them properly.
How will the call take place?
Emily will call you by phone on the number you provided when booking.
What should I do if I miss the call?
Please make sure you are available at the agreed time and that the phone number you provided is correct. If you miss the call, you may need to rebook another available discovery call slot.
What happens after the call?
If you decide you would like to go ahead, you can book an initial consultation via the online booking system. Once booked, you will be asked to complete intake forms and provide any relevant background information before your appointment.
Is a discovery call suitable for urgent health concerns?
No. Discovery calls are not suitable for urgent medical concerns. If you need urgent support, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.
How do I book an appointment after the discovery call?
